Welcome to Mothering and The Menopause

Empowering and supporting Mums of young children, through their menopause journey.

M&TM was founded by Emily Courtney, an experienced Health Visitor and Nurse. Emily had a difficult menopause experience herself after having her twin boys. Emily is on a mission to support other Mums during this time, using years of Health Visiting experience, to ensure that no one else has to feel as alone as she did.

M&TM Mission

We bring together Mums of young children, experiencing the perimenopause or the menopause, and have created a supportive community. We share knowledge, resources and empower each other to improve our overall wellbeing and enable us to be the best parents we can, during this uniquely challenging time.

Why Join?

Our community is very special, and there are no other services currently offered solely for Mums who are experiencing menopause. M&TM is a community determined to make a huge difference to your life by empowering and supporting you, sharing knowledge and experience.
